KVARLP's goal is improving reading skills to further a student's education. There is no age limit to this program and we cater to many English second language students, which is a benefit to the Hispanic community.

Students that are currently in a GED program can be greatly helped through the KVARLP program. There are no classrooms....the program is strictly one-on-one in a non-threatening environment, and at a location that is easily-accessible to students. All books and materials are completely free of charge to enrolled students.

We have been in operation since 2003 and currently have appx 125 tutors 200 students in the program.
